The Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Harlton is a beautiful medieval church, providing a tranquil, meditative place to worship, and is a lovely setting for weddings. Life at Harlton Church is lively, given its small band of parishioners. Weekly Sunday services are either Holy Communion or Morning Prayer. Special services are held to commemorate festivals, including Harvest, All Souls and a Nativity.

The Church of the Assumption is well known for its magnificent organ; played on Sundays by organ scholars who are recipients of tuition through the independently funded Harlton Organ Scholarships Trust. The Church is also well known for its hospitality. There are toys and a Noah’s Ark available for families with young children.
